Scheduled observations are subject to weather conditions, at the directors discretion. Check the clear sky chart below to see predicted conditions. For cloud cover, transparency, and seeing, blue and dark blue mean good.

We aim to observe under these conditions:
- Ground Temperature between 20-85 degrees F (Not dark blue or bright red)
- Cloud cover <30% (Dark blue)
- Chance of rain: 0 – 30%, Humidity: 0 – 30% (Low humidity is blue, if it is red it might be raining)
- At least good seeing (Blue-Dark blue)
